Payment methods
You can choose between the following payment methods during the ordering process:
Credit card:
To pay by credit card, you only need your credit card details. When you select credit card payment, our Paypal credit card payment billing system opens. Please enter your credit card details here and confirm them.
You will receive confirmation of payment on the billing page. If you have any problems with the processing or an error occurred, please contact us. There is no fee for this payment method. The order will be shipped immediately.
PayPal:
Pay via the payment service provider PayPal and use the information stored in your PayPal customer account without having to re-enter your payment information. You can find more information about paying via PayPal and, if necessary, setting up a PayPal account at: https://www.paypal-deutschland.de/privatkunden/.
Instant bank transfer:
Pay for your purchase immediately after completing your order using your usual online banking details.
Klarna Pay Later:
With Klarna Pay Later you have the option to pay only after you have received the order.
The payment process goes through Klarna. There is a possibility that the payment request will be rejected by Klarna. In this case, choose a new payment method.
When you purchase on account with Klarna, you always receive the goods first and you always have a payment deadline of 30 days. If you choose the option in x months when purchasing from Klarna on account, additional fees will apply. You can find an overview of the fees here.

Shipment
Within Europe we ship to the following countries:
Germany - Shipping costs per order are a flat rate of €3.00
Austria - Shipping costs per order are a flat rate of €4.90
Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, - Shipping costs per order are a flat rate of €4.90
Prices apply to continental Europe, shipping costs to overseas areas (belonging to the countries listed) may vary. In this case, please contact us before placing your order to find out the exact costs.
Switzerland - Shipping costs per order from 45 CHF: 9 CHF / Shipping costs up to 45 CHF: 30 CHF
We ship free of charge in Germany for orders over €45.00!
We ship free of charge in Austria for goods worth over €70.00!
Shipping takes place Monday-Friday by post.
Please note that for cross-border delivery, additional taxes and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) may apply in individual cases, as well as costs for transferring money (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees). We are not responsible for these listed costs and you must bear them.
Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the item description or on the website, the goods will be delivered within approx. 2 - 4 working days from confirmation of payment within Germany. For deliveries abroad, the delivery time (depending on the destination country) is extended by a few days. The delivery time to Switzerland is approx. 7 days.
